Our organisation in any year helps to make a difference to as many as 450,000 lives. Today, we exist to strengthen the lives of individuals, families and communities through wide-ranging services that deliver enhanced access, efficiency and outcomes to people who are most vulnerable.
All this is mainly possible through donations and the opportunity to recycle clothing and other goods through our retail network in general and our Liverpool Shop in particular.
We are therefore seeking expressions of interest from experienced retail store applicants that can start immediately, in this position, with the following essential requirements for effective performance in the position;
• Leadership and management
• Extensive retail experience
• Community knowledge and involvement
• Support and business development
• Sales analysis and innovation
• Planning and promotion
• Supervision, administration and store development
• Store evaluation and client relations building
• Customer service measurement and satisfaction achievement
• Excellent customer service skills and good understanding of people
• Ability to recruit, train and supervise paid and unpaid staff
• Ability to work as part of a small team to achieve the goals of the Organisation
• Cash handling and basic office administration skills
• Good communication, numeracy, literacy and computer skills
• Support and strong belief of Lifeline’s ethos and principles
